The texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences, with or without sound, as well as all works integrated into the site, are the property of ROUGE ABSOLU. The products represented on the site are protected by copyright and by articles L.511.1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code relating to the protection of registered designs.
Some illustrations are assemblages of photographs created by collage, printing, or software, giving a different appearance to a photo by incorporating one or more parts. This technique aims to stage creations of patterns, decors, stylings, furniture, and arrangements created by Rouge Absolu, these photomontages then allow the transformation of real universes into poetic, humorous, or unrealistic situations and stagings.
Reproductions, on paper or digital media, of the said site and the works and product models reproduced therein are authorized provided that they are strictly reserved for personal use, excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial and/or informational purposes and/or that they comply with the provisions of article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code.
With the exception of the above provisions, any reproduction, representation, use, or modification, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of the site, of all or part of the various works and other products that compose it, without having obtained prior authorization from ROUGE ABSOLU, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by two years' imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 euros.
